Walter has communication skills that help clients feel confident in their understanding of their business ventures. With a realistic view and an enthusiastic positive nature, Walter has been been known to lead clients and program participants to a motivated attitude. Walter recognizes and appreciates the work and talents of his clients, teaching them to channel their efforts to the most productive activities.
In his twenty years with Servacar Ltd., a subsidiary of Imperial Oil Ltd., Walter held numerous management positions in company owned locations. Walter managed service stations with service bays, gas bars with car washes and gas bars with convenience stores.
Walter has taken on counselling assignments for retail businesses, assignments dealing in customer relations and employee relations, and assignments requiring bookkeeping skills. Because of his experience in these areas, Walter is especially valued as a Business Plan writer.
